Back in 1999 Orrin Woodward & Chris Brady started calling our organization a team instead of group or organization.   Orrin and Chris liked the idea of building a Quixtar Team and not calling the group Orrin Woodward’s group or Chris Brady’s group.  Team stands for “Together Everyone Achieves More” and signifies a team approach to building the business.  Now look how many other organizations are using the team terms.
