View Article  Read to Lead

One of the most admired things about Orrin Woodward is the amount of books that he reads on various subjects.  He is constantly learning all the time.  His vast knowledge in so many subjects makes him very relatable and well versed in many subjects.  But the leadership skillls he has developed is amazing.  He does everything that you read about in any leadership book.  He always puts people first and is always lifting others up to do their very best.

Leaders are readers and Orrin leads by example in this area.

View Article  Vision

Orrin Woodward has a huge vision of where this country can go, if they get back to the right principles.  I am currently reading a book about Ronald Reagan who always looked at what was right or wrong, not necessarily what was popular in the polls.  Orrin has the same vision of getting America back to it's Christian principles.  We are one nation under GOD, and I am glad there are people like Orrin Woodward who will express their view that our country needs to keep our laws based on what is right.  A true moral absolute.

Thanks Orrin for taking a stand.

Orrin Woodward truly cares about people first.  One of the most admired traits I see in Orrin is that he has never forgotten where he started in this business.  His success has never gone to his head and he remains one of the most humble guys you will ever meet.  He is a true servant to his team and is always willing to go the extra mile to help someone.

Orrin is very relatable to all different types and backgrounds of people.  He truly takes an interest in people and puts them first!  He is a great example for us all to follow!

We had the wonderful experience of hearing John Maxwell speak on leadership principles, in Orlando Florida.  The principles of leadership that he talked about, were exactly the principles that Orrin Woodward teaches to the team.  He discussed the way true leaders put their people first and they give all the credit away to their team.  This is a prime example of how Orrin Woodward is.  He is a true servant leader who has the vision and the ability to get the team to it's desired goal of a million people by developing more leaders.

John Maxwell said very few leaders ever get to the level 5 of leadership, but I truly believe that Orrin Woodward has achieved that level.
